I'm not saying suppress your emotions. It's okay to be sad, anxious & stressed. Let yourself feel it and then let it go. It shall pass and things will get better.
I promise, better days are coming. You will feel good again and you will laugh until your belly hurts. You'll be so joyful that you won't remember the depth of the pain you're feeling now.
I know when you're in a dark place you tend to think you've been buried. Perhaps you've been planted. Maybe you're been prepared to bloom.
You may have not been yourself lately... Your spark will return & you will shine like you are meant to. Just know, Your trauma is valid. It might not seem like a big deal to others but as long as you feel bad about it, it's valid. And it's okay for you to talk about it.
You might be feeling sad but can't explain why... Every thought may feel like a battle and every breath a war, but you can still beat this. You are more powerful than you know.
I know how it feels to not necessarily feel sad, but feel empty or feel nothing at all. That numbness will also pass.
